Exercises That Stimulates Height Gain

Hi there, Jonathan here once again. Today I will be explaining more about the exercises that leads to increased height. I want to answer the questions of everyone that has emailed me or asked me in person.

The main reason that this method works is that stretching and exercise lead to height gain. It has been known that exercising releases and increases the amount of growth hormones and these hormones do assist in height gain as long as the right exercise is done.

Basic Exercises

The exercises that I will be teaching you today are simple exercises that will only take 15-20 minutes out of your day. Doing these exercises at least twice a day everyday will stimulate height gain gradually. The exercise which I am sharing with you today should be done with precaution and is advised that you consult your nutritionist or doctor before performing this exercise.

Stretching should be performed at least twice a day. This exercise should be performed after you get out of bed and just before you go to bed. You will stretch your body as far as it will go while lying down on the bed and will twist your body in every direction. These exercises will help to stretch your cartilage and cause it to stretch, which in time will absorb nutrients and make you slightly taller.

The exercise can be performed anytime of the day and will also help to elevate any tension you have in your body. It is recommended that this exercise be performed in an upright position. While standing up straight, lift your hands and reach for the sky. At the same time, tip-toe your feet and hold it for  5 to 10 seconds. Rest after each set and repeat about 5 times.  This stretching will not only elevate any tension you might have but can also lead to height gain.

How to Grow Vertically

After my recent height gain about 4 months back, I have been constantly bombarded with the question of “How did I do it?” or “what’s your secret formula”. I even have had people asking me if I had a limb extension. Well, the answer is a resounding no! Being just a student, I just do not have that kind of money.

Stretching and Specific exercises

It is a well known fact that exercise does help develop certain parts of the body, and increasing your height is no different. I have realized that a good exercise routine is essential for increasing you height. When you exercise, your body will release a hormone that will cause your body to grow.

Stretching is also an excellent way to promote height gain, your bones are held by cartilage and stretching helps to expand that cartilage which will then absorb nutrients to make it stronger and thicken. As more and more nutrients are absorbed by the cartilage, the cartilage will strengthen and make you taller.

Welcome to everyone out there that would like to learn more about height gain. The average male stops growing around 23 and females at 20. Being above average in height offers many advantages from dating to the company board room. Taller people usually earn more. Height helps when you talk to women or friends as well as in basketball.
